F&P America performs assembly operations to almost all of the parts we produce.  Our customers are very safety conscious, and they are very selective when it comes to awarding brake pedal assembly contracts.  We are very proud of the fact that we assemble over 3,500 brake pedals each day for more than one flagship model in the North American market.  Most of our assembly operations include pressing in rubber bushings to provide vibration isolation between our parts and the body of the vehicle.  We also use bolting and orbital riveting processes for fastening components together.
