F&P America has a continuous E-coat Painting system capable of painting up to 40,000 parts a day.  It is the highest capacity system in the F&P group.  Since most of our production consists of functional underbody parts the rust protection provided by our E-coat is very important to our customers.  Our customers often use our E-coat process as a benchmark for other suppliers.
