F&P America utilizes robotic MIG welding along with resistance welding to produce Pedal Arms, Suspension Arms, and Suspension Frames.  In addition to the classical welding processes, in 2012 F&P America introduced Friction Stir Welding for welding Aluminum and Steel together to produce Subframes.  F&P America utilizes over 500 robots to produce parts for 6 different vehicle platforms.
