Work with Assistant Manager and other engineers to develop and review process plans and equipment installation for new model launches.  Work with various robots to achieve a high level of automation.   Work with different types of welding process’s and welding equipment manufacturers to achieve a high level of welding.  Work with equipment manufacturers to develop highly automated and controlled systems.
