Lead Associate-Quality

Audit the production line associates and processes to ensure completion the day’s work in a safe, quality-minded and efficient manner and report issues and information to the Supervisor.

Production Supervisor

Plans, monitors and oversees production line processes ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so associates are safe, productive and quality conscious.  This includes organization, planning, discipline, training and safety of direct reports.

Production Hand Repair Welder

Position Summary:  Performs duties required to inspect and repair welds (Mig) on automotive parts.

Starting Pay Rates:

1st shift:  $18.10

2nd/3rd shifts:  $18.60

*** $.60 cent Pay increases every 6 months until top out is reached ***

Equipment Engineers (New Model)

Work with other engineers and production groups to develop manufacturing process plans for new production models. Create equipment specifications from the process plans and select vendors to develop the equipment. Support APQP activities for new models and lead equipment development, installation, and debugging. Primary equipment includes resistance welding machines, MIG welding processes, and assembly processes - all involving high levels of robotics and automation.

 

Other duties may include projects on existing equipment to improve efficiency or quality, moving existing equipment to improve plant efficiency, supporting sales and R&D teams, and other tasks as needed.

Forklift Operators

Direct hire positions!!

*  Starts at $16.85 p/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts   ***Up an additional $1.10 p/hr within 6 months.  .60 cents increase every 6 months after, until top-out is reached.

Performs duties required to receive incoming components, stock components in correct storage areas, service production lines with appropriate components, transport finished product into trucks for transport to shipping facility, load final trucks for transportation to customer.  In addition perform Shipping and Receiving duties.
