F&P America has two Hydroforming Lines along with seven CNC pipe benders, with a 5 inch diameter capability, producing Subframe components at a rate of over 4,000 pieces per day used on three different vehicle platforms.  Each line uses three robots transferring the parts through a 300 ton preform press and a 5,000 ton hydroform press with a 60,000 psi internal pressure capability.
