Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Quality Management System Representative for all third party IATF16949, external and internal audits.
- Internal auditing (LPA, QMS, CAR related audits)
- Leads document and gage control systems within the QMS to ensure strict compliance with all system processing requirements, including maintain associated records, as well as Internal Audit findings.
- Responsible for coordination, planning and training of all activities associated with the QMS Audit Program.
- Lead reporting to management of daily/monthly scrap reports in support of Cost of Quality monitoring.
- Conducts yearly audits of all customer specific requirements and facilitates changes required to the QMS.
- Works with others on the generation of procedural documents, forms, process maps, and such in accordance to established guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Auditor certification (IATF 16949), Lead Auditor certification a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of IATF16949 auditing experience.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Hands on gage calibration experience.
- Able to work independently and on teams.
- Advanced Excel skills (i.e. databases, formulas, pivot tables, graphing)
- Strong Communication Skills – written and verbal
- Attention to detail / excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment:
- Office and plant environment.
- Occasional exposure to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc. from manufacturing environment.

- QMS audit completion per schedules.
- Timely COQ analysis
- IATF 16949 compliance
- Gage calibration compliance
