F.tech R&D N.A. is a complete R&D company providing design engineering service, CAE and Testing lab validation, and Prototype making. Our core competencies in development are related to chassis (Subframe/Cradle), Suspension links and Controls (Brake/Clutch Pedal). Primarily our products are, but not limited to, designs of welded assemblies consisting of stamped steel panels.

• Our Design Group is proficient in CATIA V5 and Unigraphics NX as well as basic formability analysis for design concepts.  We are actively working with our customers to provide feedback for improved design with suggestions to the layout envelope, improved design performance, and design for manufacturability.
• CAE capabilities focus on virtual design validation. Using extensive CAE tools we can expertly perform analysis of Non-linear/Linear Durability, Dynamic/Static Stiffness, Mobility requirements, NVH analysis by component or with BIW structure, welding and E-coat simulations. This group also has dedicated physical resources for NVH analysis and testing to work cooperatively with OEM.
• The Test Group evaluates things such as strength, fatigue & durability, and corrosion-resistance according to our customers’ requirements. This group does not only do evaluation, but also failure analysis through stress analysis and support of optimal improvement methods.
• Prototype Group will coordinate the sourcing and delivery of parts from an experienced base of in-house, local and overseas suppliers.
