Performs maintenance duties required in order to maintain conveyor system and equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Performs duties required to efficiently operate the hydroforming press to manufacture quality parts.

QMS Systems Supervisor, responsible for coordinating all QMS activities / tasks to ensure compliance with all applicable certification, customer and company requirements to include IATF16949, document control and gage calibrations.

This position is onsite.  Work with other engineers and production groups to develop manufacturing process plans for new production models. Create equipment specifications from the process plans and select vendors to develop the equipment. Support APQP activities for new models and lead equipment development, installation, and debugging. Primary equipment includes resistance welding machines, MIG welding processes, and assembly processes - all involving high levels of robotics and automation.

Other duties may include projects on existing equipment to improve efficiency or quality, moving existing equipment to improve plant efficiency, supporting sales and R&D teams, and other tasks as needed.
