Starting Pay:  $19.35  (Includes job and shift premium)

     *  Up an additional $1.10 within 6 months, .60 cents increases every 6 months after, until top-out is reached)

Position Summary:   Audit the production line associates and processes to ensure completion the day’s work in a safe, quality-minded and efficient manner and report issues and information to the Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct quality audits on the line to support production quality.

Ensure all production output meets quality standards.

Act as a liaison between Quality and Production.

Provide associates with quality information to complete their daily work.

Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all quality issues are addressed.

Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

Stable work history with excellent attendance record.

Knowledge of automotive production processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to learn and use a variety of computer software programs.

Follows all safety requirements of the company – (including PPE -hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.

Work Environment:

Plant environment.

Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
